Fudex technology has reached an exceptional level of versatility in its twin-screw cooker-extruders.

By alterning the necessary accessory machines on the line, the same basic extruder can be used to produce extremely varied food product forms and recipes.

In this way it is possible for our costumer to plan a wide range of foods which, with subsequent extensions to the basic plant, will be produced as and when required.
